OVERVIEW:
Finally the moment has come, which the devotees had been waiting for almost five hundred years. Prime Minister Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone for the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya on Wednesday afternoon.
Shila (Stone) includes Nanda, Bhadra, Jaya, Rikta, Poorna, Ajita, Aparajita, Shukla and Saubhagyani. After worship, these rocks will be kept safe in the Ram temple.
Once the Sanctum Sanctorum is excavated in depth for the foundation, they will be placed just below the throne of Ramlala.
Earlier, PM Modi arrived in Ayodhya on Wednesday for the foundation stone of Ram Janmabhoomi temple. He first offered prayers to Lord Hanuman by reaching Hanumangarhi and then reached the Ram Janmabhoomi Complex and offered obeisance to Lord Rama. He was accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
Wearing a traditional dhoti-kurta, Modi was presented a patka by the chief priest of the Hanumangarhi temple. Modi left for Ram Janmabhoomi area after offering prayers in the temple for some time. On reaching the Ram Janmabhoomi, the Prime Minister offered obeisance to Lord Rama and planted a plant of Parijat there.
SOIL OF 2000 HOLY PLACES, WATER OF MORE THAN 100 RIVERS:
The worship began as soon as Modi arrived. Here the soil brought from 2000 holy places and water from more than 100 rivers were kept. In 1989, 2 lakh 75 thousand bricks were sent to the birthplace from all over the world. Out of these, 9 bricks, ie rocks, were kept in worship. After the puja, Modi was pledged.
DEEPOTSAV (DIWALI) CELEBRATED ACROSS INDIA AFTER BHOOMI PUJAN:
‘Diwali’ celebrated across the country after Ram temple Bhumi Pujan in Ayodhya
After lighting the Ram temple Bhumi Pujan in Ayodhya, people lit diyas for the Deepotsav at Har Ki Pauri in Haridwar, Uttarakhand.
People lit lamps on the occasion of Deepotsav near Hanuman temple. The streets are brightly lit.
A digital poster of the Ram Temple was placed on the famous Times Square in New York City, USA.
In the Mata Mansa Devi temple located in Panchkula, Haryana, people burnt lamps and celebrated happiness.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath burnt lamps and fireworks at his government residence.
RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat celebrated the Deepotsav and performed aarti on the Saryu coast in Ayodhya.
After seeing Bhumi Pujan in Ram temple in Ayodhya, PM Modi’s mother Hiraben also burnt Diya and Light to Celebrate DEEPOTSAV.

- Prime Minister Narendra Modi worshiped the land of Ram temple and laid the foundation stone of the temple. During this, PM Modi said in his address that a grand temple will now be constructed for our Ramlala living under sacks and tents for years. Today, Ramjanmabhoomi has been freed from this disturbance that has been going on and is going to stand up again.
-PM Modi said that Ram is fabricated in our mind, has got mixed within us. If you want to do some work, then we look to Lord Rama for inspiration, you see the amazing power of Lord Rama. Buildings were destroyed, there was a lot of effort to eradicate existence, but Ram remains in our mind even today, the basis of our culture. Shri Ram is the dignity of India, Shri Ram is the dignity Purushottam.
PM Modi said that due to the conditions created by the corona, this program of bhumi pujan is happening among many dignities. The country has presented a similar example of dignity in Shriram’s work. He said that the water of soil and rivers brought from the temples and temples across the country, its people, its culture and its feelings, has become the power here today. Really, this is neither ghost nor future.

On the occasion of laying the foundation of Ram temple, Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat said that there is an atmosphere of joy in the people after the completion of centuries by the construction of the temple.

But it was concluded by the Honorable Supreme Court. Also, under the guise of this, the parties politics also ended.
According to the decision of the court, the foundation for the construction of Ram temple is being laid here today, due to which a lot of credit is given to Supreme Court.

7. WORLD MEDIA ON RAM MANDIR BHOOMI PUJAN:
● Foundation Stone of New Kind of Indian Constitution: The Dawn
Bhoomi Poojan of Ram temple in Ayodhya was described by Pakistan newspaper Don as the foundation stone of different types of Indian constitution. Don wrote that the foundation stone of the Hindu temple at the site of Babri Masjid tells that the fundamental constitutional structure of India is changing. This is another step to convert Secular India into a Hindu nation.
● The path of temple construction cleared by Supreme Court: BBC
The BBC wrote on the Bhoomi Pujan of Ram Mandir that the Supreme Court’s decision cleared the way for temple construction. The newspaper also mentioned the Ram temple and Babri Masjid controversy. The BBC wrote that Modi worshiped the land of the temple. It is claimed that there was a temple before the mosque here. A separate place has been given for the mosque.
● Diwali arrived in India three months ago: The Guardian
The Guardian wrote that Diwali arrived three months ago in the entire country, including Ayodhya. Lord Rama is the most revered among Hindus. The construction of their temple is a proud moment for Hindus. The newspaper described it as the most emotional issue in history. ● India compromises on secular ideology: Al Jazeera
Al Jazeera described the foundation stone of the Ram temple as compromised by India’s secular ideology. It was written that the temple movement ended in November, 2019, when the Supreme Court gave the site of the mosque to the Hindus. Calling it ironic, the newspaper wrote that the foundation of the temple is being laid while the hearing of the demolition case is not yet complete.
